On January 15, 2026, in Warsaw, at the headquarters of the National Tourism Cooperative Gromada, representatives of three cooperating organizations officially signed a tripartite agreement to implement a joint website – an integrator of cooperative hotels and centers, created as part of the European Coop Tourism project.
The agreement was signed by: Krzysztof Moczulski - President of the Management Board of OST Gromada, Ryszard Jaśkowski - President of the National Audit Union of Consumer Cooperatives "Społem," and Rafał Płoski - Deputy President of the National Audit Union of Consumer Cooperatives "Społem." The project's executive side was represented by Marcin Kamiński, owner of ChilloutGroup, responsible for the technological implementation of the endeavor.
The purpose of the project is to create a modern, joint online platform that will integrate the offer of cooperative hotels and centers, enhancing their visibility, competitiveness, and cooperation in the tourism market in Poland and Europe.
The first stage of activities is the creation of a modern website "COOP Polish Hotels and Cooperative Centers," gathering in one place all facilities belonging to the cooperative movement. Among others, there will be Gromada network hotels, leisure facilities of the Społem cooperative, as well as other centers belonging to GS and industry cooperatives. The portal is to become a virtual showcase of cooperative tourism – clear, attractive, and functional.
The site will present facilities according to tourist regions: sea, mountains, lakes, and cities. Each center will receive its own subpage with contact details, photos, and the possibility of online booking. The whole will be complemented by the common slogan: "Cooperatives invite you to relax," emphasizing the idea of cooperation and shared use of the cooperatives’ achievements.
The next step will be to connect the portal with the international ENTRADA platform via the HyperGuest system and Profitroom integrator. This will allow automatic sharing of offers, prices, and room availability in real-time. Thanks to this, cooperative centers in Poland will be able to be promoted among cooperators across Europe, and Polish cooperative members will gain the possibility to use COOP centers abroad.
In the longer term, it is planned to include other European cooperative hotels in the project as well, which will enable the creation of a joint COOP Tourism Europe network – a reservation system available to cooperators on preferential terms.
This project is not only a modern tool for promotion and sales but also proof that cooperatives can combine tradition with innovation. The cooperation of OST Gromada and KZRSS "Społem" shows that the idea of cooperation is still alive – today it takes the form of digital integration and joint promotion of Polish cooperative tourism.
