For three days there were artistic presentations, 22 groups, a colorful parade through the city streets, and a grand finale with awards funded by Gromada—this is how the 22nd International Cooperative Artistic Teams Festival “Tęcza Polska” unfolded. Throughout the event, there was also a Gromada booth, where we presented our hotel and holiday-center offer.
From 23 to 25 October 2026, Polanica-Zdrój hosted participants of the next edition of the “Tęcza Polska” festival. On the stage of the Mieczysława Ćwiklińska Spa Theatre, 22 groups operating under cooperative patronage performed. Among them were folklore song-and-dance groups, vocal ensembles, choirs, bands, as well as dance and theatre groups.
The event was organized by the National Cooperative Council and the City of Polanica-Zdrój, and carried out by the Mieczysława Ćwiklińska Spa Theatre. Gromada took part as a partner—supporting the artistic activities of the cooperative community and presenting its accommodation offer to participants.
The festival brings to the public the achievements of artists connected with cooperatives and community cultural houses. It is a place to showcase regional traditions, but also contemporary creative forms and the results of the everyday work of amateur groups.
This year’s performances highlighted the diversity of this community—from the repertoire to the way it was presented. The program included music, singing, dance, and theatre forms. Admission to the festival events was free.
One of the program highlights was the Saturday parade of the groups. On 24 October, a colorful, sing-along and dance-filled procession marched through the streets of Polanica-Zdrój, giving residents and spa guests a chance to meet the festival participants outside the theatre hall as well.
The three-day event was crowned by a Sunday gala concert, during which the results of the competition presentations were announced and awards were presented.
As a festival partner, Gromada funded two awards, presented by its representative during the official finale at the Spa Theatre.
Grand Prix of the Festival, awarded to the best group, went to Dance Ensemble “Mini Promyczki” from Ruda Śląska, operating at the Osiedlowy Dom Kultury “Matecznik” of the Ruda Śląska Housing Cooperative.
The award “Personality of the Festival”, given in particular to the artist who stood out most, was received by Grażyna Miłosz from the “Kaszubki” Ensemble from Chwaszczyno.
Congratulations to the winners and to all the groups that performed at this year’s edition. Funding the awards was a sign of recognition for the talent, work, and commitment of people developing cultural activities in the cooperative community.
Throughout all three days of the festival, Gromada’s promotional and information booth was open. It was a place to present our facilities’ offer and to have direct conversations with event participants and guests.
At the booth, visitors could learn about vacation opportunities at Gromada hotels and at the center in Międzyzdroje. A special place was reserved for the Hotel Gromada Medical SPA offer in Busko-Zdrój, including autumn stays as well as winter-to-spring stays.
The booth’s presence throughout the event made it possible to combine festival support with promoting Gromada’s tourism offer. Participants could get information about our facilities and talk about planned trips during their visit in the coming days of the festival.
Taking part in “Tęcza Polska” gave Gromada an opportunity to support an initiative close to its cooperative roots, while also maintaining ties with the cooperative community from different parts of the country.
Thank you to the National Cooperative Council, the City of Polanica-Zdrój, and the Mieczysława Ćwiklińska Spa Theatre for preparing the event. We also extend our thanks to the artists, the people leading the groups, and all the guests who visited Gromada’s booth.
Congratulations to the award recipients, and we invite you to our hotels!
