Information on the Meeting of OST Gromada Representatives on 30.06.2025
On 30.06.2025, a Meeting of OST Gromada Representatives - the highest body of the Cooperative - took place at the Gromada Centrum Hotel in Warsaw. The meeting was held with 100% attendance, involving 30 Representatives elected from 10 Membership Groups. Also participating were members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of OST Gromada elected in the Membership Groups. The cooperative authorities were represented by Aneta Englot – President of the National Audit Union of Samopomoc Chłopska Cooperatives.
Positively assessing the 4-year term and the results achieved in 2024, the Meeting confirmed OST Gromada's stable position in the Polish tourism and hotel market. Maintaining full financial liquidity, the Cooperative generated profit throughout the past 4 years, which allowed a portion of the 2024 surplus to be allocated for dividend payments to members this year as well. Furthermore, during the past term, the Gromada brand was strengthened; the marketing position of Gromada was notably confirmed by the celebrations of the 85th anniversary of the Cooperative's founding in 2022.
The Meeting proceeded in a substantive, factual, and calm atmosphere; delegates, in their statements and motions, emphasized the need for the Cooperative authorities – the Management Board and Supervisory Board – to develop a strategy concerning Gromada's future.
The Meeting of Representatives adopted resolutions on the following matters:
Unanimously approved:
· - the OST Gromada Supervisory Board report for 2024.
· - the report on the activity of the OST Gromada Management Board for 2024,
· - the financial report for 2024.
· - directions for the development of the Cooperative's activities for 2025/2026.
Unanimously granted discharge for 2024 to the Management Board member Krzysztof Moczulski - President of the Management Board for the period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024, thus expressing recognition for his managerial way of running the company.
During the Meeting of Representatives, the newly elected Supervisory Board was constituted – Barbara Tomczyk from the Olsztyn Membership Group of OST Gromada was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board.
