Stay Voucher

The voucher may be used to pay for accommodation services with breakfast at Hotel Gromada Centrum Warsaw.

During the stay, Guests receive:
• accommodation in a comfortable room
• buffet breakfast
• free Wi-Fi access
• unlimited access to high-quality filtered water
• luggage storage
• access to the gym

Voucher redemption terms:

• This voucher entitles the holder to a cashless purchase of accommodation services provided at Hotel Gromada Centrum in Warsaw, Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2. Detailed hotel description and contact information are available on the website www.gromada.pl

• The voucher includes a stay with breakfast. The room type and length of stay depend on the voucher value and the current price of available hotel offers.

• It is possible to pay the price difference in cash or by card.

• If the value of the services used is lower than the voucher value, the unused amount is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

• The voucher holder may settle the purchased services of Hotel Gromada Centrum using the voucher, which can only be used once.

• A cancellation of the reservation without losing the voucher validity can be made no later than 24 hours before the planned check-in. Failure to cancel is equivalent to voucher redemption.

• The voucher is not exchangeable for cash.

• The voucher must be used before the expiry date indicated on the voucher.

• Reservations can be made by email at: warszawahotel.centrum@gromada.pl

• When making a reservation, please inform about the planned settlement of the stay using the voucher. The voucher must be presented to the receptionist during check-in.

• Reservation is subject to room availability. The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations on special dates and in case of no availability.
