For lovers of history Chełmska Mountain - the goal of numerous pilgrimages, but also a recreational area. On the top of the mountain there is an observation tower available for visitors, from which there is a wonderful panorama of Koszalin and the surrounding area, to the Baltic Sea. Chapel of St. Gertrude, which was built in 1383, outside the city walls, initially served as a hospital chapel and then a cemetery. In 1999 it was handed over to the Evangelical-Augsburg parish and once again performs sacral functions. Defensive walls, originally the system of Koszalin fortifications, built after the location of the city. Until the beginning of the 18th century, they were preserved in their original condition. Only after the great fire of the city in 1718, they were gradually reduced. Disassembled in the 19th century, and houses were added to the larger fragments of the walls. Fragments of the walls have been preserved until today. The Main Post Office building - erected in 1884. as the seat of the Regional Directorate of the Post Office and the Post Office in the place of two buildings, rented from 1858. The Town Hall - the seat of the municipal authorities, erected in 1960-62. The last pre-war town hall existed until March 1945 and it burned down during the conquest of the city. Open-air Museum of Jamno Culture - exposition of monuments of Jamonian and Pomeranian culture, connected with everyday life and work of former residents of the suburban villages of Jamno and Łabusza (including famous Jamonian chairs, armchairs, cabinets or beds) from 1869. Nearby is a barn with an exhibition Pomeranian smithy. Tenement house from the 16th century - erected in the late medieval period, has in the side walls the oldest ogival blends from the 15th/16th century. It was destroyed during the great fire of the city in 1718 and then rebuilt. Currently, this is the Wedding Palace. The Executioner’s House - a Gothic house from the 15th century, until the 1930s, inhabited by a local hangman. Currently, the headquarters of the ‘Dialog’ Proposition Theater. Historic Park. The Pomeranian Dukes - composed of two parts, built at the foot of the defensive walls in stages, from 1602 to 1934. The oldest and most valuable specimens of trees grow here (e.g. the 300-year-old sycamore maple - the so-called Witch Tree). In this part of the park there is also an alley of maple plane trees. Main attractions for the active: Koszalin Water Park, Municipal swimming pool, indoor shooting range, baloon flights,trampoline park, Escape Rooms, Water Walley and Wakepark, Cruise by the boat ‘Koszałek on Lake Jamno (alternative form of reaching the seaside resort Mielno), sightseeing tours by narrow gauge railway and many others ... Cultural events: Koszalin Film Festival of Debuts ‘Młodzi i Film’, Film Festival 'Integration You and Me', International Organ Festival Hanza, Jazz Festival, Festival of Cabaret and many more ...
